Smith Hall #2

Well, I was wrong. I did not get most of it done last night, so once again I am in here for the long haul. Ooh fun. At least Jason is here tonight so I'm not by myself. Right now I'm just waiting on fixative to dry.

Smith Hall

Tonight I am spending most of the night in Smith Hall working on a drawing project that is due on Thursday. I really don't want to be here, but hey, that's what I get for putting it off until the last minute right? I hope to get most of it done tonight so that I won't really have to come back tomorrow night.

Yay

I am very happy because my 3d project (kites) was supposed to be due on Wednesday, but now it isn't due until Monday! This makes me very happy because now I have another weekend to work on it. Very good. I also helped Brittany print out a bunch of her envelopes to mail out letters. It took forever to figure out, but once I did, it was easy. Cool.

Library

Tonight I am in the library working on several different things, but basically I am bored out of my mind. I have no idea how long I will be here.

CRU on a Wednesday

Tonight I had to help Brittany with printing some envelopes because she has to mail out a bunch of letters in order to get support to go to Daytona over the summer. I am excited about her going there over the summer for a number of obvious reasons. First of all I will be able to go and see her because she will be in Florida, and secondly because she will be able to really get out there and make an impact for God. After printing the envelopes, we went to an orchestra concert which was pretty enjoyable. It went a little later than it was supposed to, so we were late to CRU which was on Wed. instead of Thurs. this week. After CRU we went to latenight where I had some good conversations with my friend Aaron. After packin' up there, we decided to go to Husson's pizza where the girls got some pizza. That was pretty much it. I am happy that I got to spend a lot of time with Brittany tho, because I am really going to miss her when we leave for summer break.

I hate the internet

I find it very frustrating that I rarely find the images on the internet that I am looking for. Today I was just trying to find some simple popular science covers and it was almost impossible. OK OK. I know I should have a hard copy of the magazine and I am pretty sure I do, but I didn't have it in class so it just wasn't working out. Oh well. I will have it next time.

This weekend

I had an amazing weekend. A group of friends of mine and I went to a weekend retreat thing at Liberty Uni. where we got to go to a concert that had Family Force Five, Thousand Foot Crutch, Building 429, and Toby Mac. I am not normally a concert person, but this was pretty good. I had some really good conversations with Brittany too. Some deep ones. I like those.

Friday the 13th

So, today is Friday the 13th. I am not superstitious or anything, but I thought I should make note of it. I know the history behind it, and I suppose it is a day we should remember, but I do not think people should be afraid of this day. I say that because I know that some people are terrified of it, and it saddens me.

Easter

Of course the title of this post is to be called "Easter." I mean what else could I call it? I guess I could call it the day of my Savior's ultimate victory over sin, but hey, who would read all that? I had a good morning. I really liked how my pastor decided not to do the traditional easter messege, but instead talked about a lot of other things instead. They all related to death which makes sense. Other than that I really didn't do much other than working on my self portrait project. I finished it tho.

Assessment Day

I am a little perturbed that the assessment day was designed for early birds. I did not get out of bed until 11am and by then most of the events were already over. I only got to take one survey which means I will have very little chance at winning anything. Bah!

April Fools day!

Yay, today is April Fool's day! Or is it? Mwhahahah! I love it. Today I pranked several people. I told a couple of people that I was engaged to Brittany and they fell for it! LOL. Ahh. I'm happy now.

Stapling- revisited

The video portion of the stapling project went over well. Everybody laughed when they heard the ridiculous noise that the staples made at high speed. I think the project as a whole went over well. I hope I get an A. I really did put a lot of work into it.

Tues 27th

Well I brought my stapling project to class today, but I didn't present because she said that she would rather wait until I have the video portion done. I decided to show them at the end of class anyways. They seemed to like it.

Spring Break is over :(

Well, I'm back in my dorm now, and I have to say, I will definitely miss that side of my family because I know I probably won't see them for a while. I really do need to send them a thank you card. My Aunt Kris sent me back with a whole box of food and beverages because she knows I'm poor. Sweet.

Sat - Spring Break

Ok I think I have the stapling project to a point that I am happy with. I am a little upset because I forgot that I was supposed to be recording this from the very beginning, but I forgot so I only started half way, and then my battery on the camera died and I forgot the charger. It all went bad. At least I got some footage.

Thur - Spring Break

So today and last night I was working on my stapling project a lot and it really is taking a long time. I hope I can finish it. I don't want to stay up too late working on it because My grandparents are trying to sleep, otherwise I would just stay up all night and get in as much work as I can. I will just have to get as much as I can done tomorrow and Sat. because Sun. I will not be able to work on it. It's due Tues., so maybe I can work on it Monday too. We'll see.

Tuesday

Today is mine and Brittany's anniversary!!! Two months. This makes me happy. I should probably call Brittany. Anyways, I have to work on my drawing project. I think it should be pretty cool. My Grandpap has some wood and staplers that he said I could use for the project. It's a good thing I came here this week or this project may not have gotten done back home. I should be able to get tit done here tho. We'll see.

Sunday

So I am here now at my grandparents house and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. I am really excited about getting to spend time with them on my own schedule. I won't have to worry about my family telling me what we're doing and when, I can just do stuff with them when I can.

Spring Break starts NOW

Today i had to pack all of my stuff and get ready to go to my Grandparent's house for Spring break. I am excited about going to their house for spring break. I never get to see this part of my family. It will be a long drive, about 5 hours long, but I should be good for it because I will have my laptop and some cartoons to watch.
